If you wish to sell some projects belonging to you, you are welcome to send a tender to the following addresses: info@ridacompany.lv or ridacompany@ridacompany.lv containing: 

1. Name of your project (list of projects);
2. List of sub-projects you are planning within each of the projects;
3. Characteristics of each project;
4. Data characterizing the profitability of the profit, indicating the sources;
5. Data characterizing the current and forecasted profitability/ unprofitability of the project;
6. Data characterizing the current and forecasted loss of time and expense on project support;
7. Information on the project support team and their willingness to continue support;
8. Features of the project that have to be taken into consideration upon the consideration of advisability of the purchase;
9. Price for which you are ready to sell this project (group of projects);
10. Data on the owner (owners) indication the share of each;
11. Personal data of the representative authorised leading negotiations.

An agreement is concluded by your choice either with an individual or legal entity, the payment can be performed in any currency either in cash or by bank transfer to any country and city.

Tenders of project sales are reviewed within 10 working days.
