LTD „RIDA COMPANY” is ready to make broad spectrum investments in your projects. Investments will be made either by purchasing your project fully or partially, or purchasing a part of the project providing direct investment. The respective project financing will ensure that all owners have shares which are in parity with their investment. The financing referred to envisages that the project manager in charge (i.e. the project support team) will continue their entrepreneurial activity by supporting and developing the project for minimum of three to five years following the moment of investment.

• Project name;
• Project summary, including description, indications for strategic and tactical objectives, references to analogous projects and competitive advantages of your project;
• Extended business plan of the project;
• Extended reports on income and expenses on the preceding periods, divided by quarter and by item;
• Extended forecast of income and expenses, by quarter and item, for the period of three years to follow;
• Data on the current shareholders of the project, indicating their shares;
• Data on the project manager;
• Extended list of the staff team managing the support and development of the project;
• Personal data of the representative authorised leading negotiations;
• Amount of investment requested;
• Method of investment (full purchase, partial purchase (indicate share in %), sales of share (indicate amount in %) by direct financing, or other (please, indicate).
